- BJBob JohnsonFeb 6, 20261.0The lady who's covering at this location temporary is super nice. The person who normally does passports has been out on medical leave for a while now. But yet the postal system. Will keep letting you make appointments at this place and wasting your damn time because there's no one there to do your passports. They won't even email you to let you know that you should make an appointment at another one. I suggest going to Calistoga and they had plenty of appointments. And the gentleman there was super nice
- VLVeronica LNov 3, 20251.0The new male employee at the counter was clearly engaging in ethnic profiling. I’ve lived in this town for almost 10 years and have never been treated like this before. He questioned me repeatedly and demanded my ID just to pick up a package, as if I were a criminal. My husband, who is white, picks up packages here all the time and has never once been asked for identification. That says everything about how disgusting and discriminatory this employee’s behavior is. His attitude was rude, condescending, and completely unacceptable. Management needs to take this seriously. This kind of treatment has no place in our community.

There is even a sign on the door that says "No passport service today". Total incompetence as usual.

- CCCaryyySep 9, 20251.0Despite passport walk in hours publicly listed online as being from 930-430 Monday thru Friday, they declined to help me stating the cut off was 3 pm. The employee (a woman) informed me of this at 2:59 pm & declined to process my application. When I pointed out the walk in hours as listed online she really displayed an attitude and walked back to the postmaster to tell him what I was presenting but he did not bother to come to the counter to talk to me and I was turned away. Please update the hours listed online if they are in fact inaccurate.
