- MMMoiraJan 27, 20262.001/27/26: RACIAL DISCRIMINATION & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR This afternoon, a USPS staff member, possibly named Mack, treated me in a humiliating and disrespectful manner. Without any explanation, he told me to step outside and wait. When I hesitated out of confusion, he rolled his eyes at me, which was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. His dismissive attitude made me feel singled out and racially targeted. This experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable. USPS is a public service, and customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and dignity. I hope this location takes this behavior seriously and addresses it promptly.

Jojo at this office was not only very friendly, but wrote down the Holt USPS location address for me without asking. This is what real customer service is!
