- JTJanice Tuosto6 days ago5.0I experienced a few issues with Package deliveries. I went to the Greenfield Post Office to share my concerns. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk area. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like the issue would be addressed and corrected. The problem was corrected and I am very happy with the outcome. It was so nice to receive excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Boxes closed before 11:30 the woman closed the door on my face closely when arrived and tried to ask if can help me get my mail she disappear ignoring. I don’t know why some persons have a grumpy attitude. But hi for the Saturday staff 😡😡
- KEKelly EscandonOct 13, 20251.0Going to file a complaint. Post master is retiring so I (and other patrons) should pay fees to get our mail... NOPE. I had to pay $60 to rekey a lock because they couldn't find the keys to my assigned box. Go back to retrieve new keys and there is no key for their post office box at my home location so I get refund BUT I need to pay $86 for a post office box-JUST TO GET MY MAIL. Not ok. Also, Monday at 11:45 office was closed. 12 people turned away including myself. NO note. Just closed. Super frustrated. Can't send packages and I can't access my post office box.

And the carrier in Montana had to make a 2nd trip. He made the deadline for me. So I thank both of you. I appreciate so much more for one of our most basic needs. It is much easier if you are sincere in your actions. Thank you for that.
