It was around 2:37 pm today mon. April 6th. I will be returning if I can habe more service like that. Thank yiu Drew!!!

The new management in the print center is very knowledgable with great attention to detail. It is great to have same day service and good quality!

- KBKevin BealFeb 24, 20262.0The people who work there have always been very knowledgeable and friendly, but they are understaffed. They are the _only_ thing I like about the store. I've never heard them complain about it, but it's obvious. Staples corporate and/or this location's owner needs to raise wages and get more people in. This isn't 2010 anymore. Staples and every other store underpaying people are in for a reckoning. This isn't sustainable, and AI robots aren't going to save you. These people aren't replaceable, but your store is. Without people being able to help customers, your store is effectively a long, slow kiosk. A kiosk can be provided much more cheaply with shorter lines.
