Not sure why they get a bad reputation with these reviews, but every single time I've contacted them with a serious issue, things have been resolved in a recently manner. This ranges from misdelivered packages to the wrong parcel box or even maybe a new carrier on our route. We're all human and we do make mistakes. Kudos to the post master and thank you for all you do for our community.

I decided to buy a PO Box at the Grass Valley post office to avoid lost mail and they STILL lose your package IN THEIR OWN BUILDING. When I asked for assistance in finding my mail/packages, I literally had a guy shrug his shoulders and say, "call the supplier and have them send you a new one." G.V. mail is a disaster
