It seems like every time I come she’s having an issue with somebody. But I want to give a shout out to Drew, the sales associate that helped me when the manager wouldn’t. Thank you Drew for spending the time to help me get an item printed. I think Drew needs to be the manager.

I've never heard them complain about it, but it's obvious. Staples corporate and/or this location's owner needs to raise wages and get more people in. This isn't 2010 anymore. Staples and every other store underpaying people are in for a reckoning. This isn't sustainable, and AI robots aren't going to save you. These people aren't replaceable, but your store is. Without people being able to help customers, your store is effectively a long, slow kiosk. A kiosk can be provided much more cheaply with shorter lines.

He was acting like I was actually wrong for expecting him to help. He was like “go to the front, wait in line” after I had been trying to print for 20 min. I left without my prints & without a refund. Outrageous!
