  I went in today after bouncing around the fed ex website, texts, trying to call and not able to get a person..etc. The woman working behind the counter at this location (I wish I had her name to commend her by name) was very understanding and helpful and was able to help me get my package situation sorted out. I really appreciate it and think we are going far too far into just online chat bots and no real people anymore. It was nice to get help from an understanding human being.

  Arrived on a Monday and the doors are locked at 1:30. Told by a customer that sometimes they go to lunch on Mondays and they don’t know what time there’s never a sign out. They just “leave and come back whenever”. Everybody needs a lunch hour just post to sign. It would be a good business practice.

  I called FedEx corporate to get a phone number for Grass Valleys on Spring Hill Dr. The agent said he call to see if they were open. Agent told me that they were open. Just get there before 5:00pm. Drove 20 minutes and they were closed. I’m Pissed off.
