Staff is very friendly. Service is great. But EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES. Avoid this location, go to another USPS. I've literally waited 2 hours before.

I went in today to ship off an order and they told me I didn't use the correct box. I used the same one yesterday and didn't have a problem. She said "well idk what happened yesterday, sorry." Then ripped up the label and tossed it. I just walked out because that attitude she gave was unnecessary and unprofessional. Seems like she has multiple complaints (she's the Indian lady) and yet she still works there. Interesting.

I usually come here when I need to send out larger packages that don't fit in my mailbox, and today was one of those days. I came in, place look fairly neat, no wait (which was great!). The rep at the counter called me over right away. I dropped off my package and he asked if I need a receipt, I said yes, and I don't think he thought I was going to purchase stamps, but as he found out that I was going to purchase stamps, he asked if the American flag stamps would do or if I needed something specific, and everything up until this point was okay, until I said that I needed two booklets. At whatever point another customer came in with two ginormous bags to mail out, he quickly lost focus. He charged me for one booklet and I said, 'Oh, I'd like two please', he still did not hear me because he was too preoccupied telling the other customer with the two ginormous bags (another female-possibly younger and more attractive?) that he would be right with her (and during this he was also chatting with the other male rep who was loudly stamping envelopes away). I had to tell him three times that I needed two booklets. He finally got it right. He gave me my receipt, without a 'thank you'...not much of anything else at this point. Oh, and I accidentally walked away without grabbing my bookets and he wasn't the one to call it to my attention, it was the other customer with the two ginormous bags who did. I mean he wasn't rude, but was completely checked out and not looking to make my experience (at least) one that I could write a better review about. Was he just so stressed out and crazy busy? No. I know what that looks like and that wasn't it.

They don’t have a wifi . And there is one Indian cashier who was very rude and she thought I didn’t know Hindi and she cussed something in Hindi. I had a very bad experience.

Very disappointed with customer service at this USPS location.
The young man working there has absolutely no understanding of what customer service is!
Feel sad about his behavior
