  My cousin and I came to this specific location today to notarize and mail a piece of document and while she was attending us, the line had grown. She was so professional and helpful... I almost had an anxiety attack for her. He name is Bella and she deserves a raise.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service! This is the second UPS Store that has provided me with proper UPS-branded boxes without any hassle — a huge difference compared to another location I visited earlier that refused to provide one. The team at 16925 Devonshire St, Ste #105, Granada Hills is excellent, and I especially want to recognize Candy. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went far beyond basic customer service to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Her kindness and dedication really stood out. Thank you to Candy and the entire staff for delivering the level of service customers should expect. I truly appreciate how smooth and pleasant my experience was. This location definitely deserves 5 stars and my future business.

  Honestly , the employee Vicki. She was very tentative and helpful , not to mention friendly. That’s what I call good customer service. Store was very convenient. Easy in easy out.
