  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service! This is the second UPS Store that has provided me with proper UPS-branded boxes without any hassle — a huge difference compared to another location I visited earlier that refused to provide one. The team at 16925 Devonshire St, Ste #105, Granada Hills is excellent, and I especially want to recognize Candy. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went far beyond basic customer service to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Her kindness and dedication really stood out. Thank you to Candy and the entire staff for delivering the level of service customers should expect. I truly appreciate how smooth and pleasant my experience was. This location definitely deserves 5 stars and my future business.

  I never do 5 stars. This UPS store provides GREAT service. The team members here are not just friendly, they are very helpful & take the time needed to complete the service you need.

  The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is also generally a prompt response when you enter. Even if there is a line, it tends to go pretty quickly. I am appreciating this place.

  Service here is really slow as they usually only have 1 or 2 people working. Front desk guy didn't know where the nearest Post Office was. Like okay I get you work at UPS but shouldn't it be pretty standard to know where the nearest post office is being that your job is at a mail courier? Kind of shows he doesn't really care about the job which might means the employees might not care about your packages. Disappointing to constantly go to businesses where employees are uninformed and dont care.
