  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I came in around 9:45–10:00 AM on November 13, 2025 with a few prints and other items to take care of, along with a prepaid UPS label I had already purchased online. When I asked for a small UPS-branded shipping box, the clerk flat-out refused to give me one and instead tried to sell me a different box. This is unacceptable. UPS provides branded shipping boxes for customers who have already paid for the service. If this location refuses to offer basic UPS materials, should customers go to FedEx, USPS, or Starbucks to get UPS supplies? To make it even more clear how wrong this was: I went to another UPS Store just down the road, and they immediately provided the correct UPS-branded box without any issue. That’s the level of service customers should expect. Attention to the manager/owner: Please be aware of how your staff is treating customers. This experience reflects very poorly on your business, especially given that I was also bringing additional print business. The employee working at that time needs serious retraining.

  I always return Amazon packages on this location, staff are always patient and have a sense of urgency. I appreciate their service greatly.

  MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER UPS ! and... ( nothing even close to this as ever happened to me ... been to a billion ups stores ) guy at counter , looks hispanic, black hair, 20s/30s i walk in and put box with return label paperwork on table " i can help you over here " he's 3 feet away but too lazy to pick the box up on his right and move it to his left i pick it up and place it down where he refers he's scanning package after package , I'm talking to his coworker about lamination, five minutes later i say " can you do this one please ? " ( and I point to my package ) ( no other customers , in store ) " oh I need a return label " " yeah it's right here " ( I point to the paperwork ) " oh that's actually not a label " he says as he looks through the paperwork i pull the second page from the small pile of papers and say "this is the label right here , is that a label ?" " yes " then i cussed him out " you are either a ....... ...... or an ....... so .... ... " " ok " smiling I guess he was just trying to piss me off so I would leave, I think he didn't like my conversation with the girl about lamination, I had kept asking her the same question over and over and I don't think she understood what I was trying to say , she's Asian , doesn't speak english well , I think she's the owner , he looks like he could possibly be related to her he looked mixed I couldn't tell what he was so maybe he was like defending her or something also ... $2.50 to print 1 page black and white, way, way , way, way , way , waaaay to expensive MOST other locations are cheaper
