- IAIB ANov 14, 20251.0Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I came in around 9:45–10:00 AM on November 13, 2025 with a few prints and other items to take care of, along with a prepaid UPS label I had already purchased online. When I asked for a small UPS-branded shipping box, the clerk flat-out refused to give me one and instead tried to sell me a different box. This is unacceptable. UPS provides branded shipping boxes for customers who have already paid for the service. If this location refuses to offer basic UPS materials, should customers go to FedEx, USPS, or Starbucks to get UPS supplies? To make it even more clear how wrong this was: I went to another UPS Store just down the road, and they immediately provided the correct UPS-branded box without any issue. That’s the level of service customers should expect. Attention to the manager/owner: Please be aware of how your staff is treating customers. This experience reflects very poorly on your business, especially given that I was also bringing additional print business. The employee working at that time needs serious retraining.
