We submitted the missing mail cases but basically they gave us the same information as you can get through the website: like the log said the delivery -person scanned the barcode as delivered. The delivery estimate dates are always going to be behind like 3 or 4 days. FYI: if you also filed the missing mail as stolen package to the police, USPS freezes your account, so be aware of it.

Their medications are repeatedly delivered to the wrong addresses, leaving vulnerable seniors without the essential prescriptions they rely on. These mistakes force them to wait days for medications to be reprocessed—an unnecessary hardship that could easily be avoided. Please take greater responsibility and show more consideration for the people who depend on you.
