  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for a while now, and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. Today, I had a notary done by Albina, and she was fantastic. She made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Her efficiency and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such reliable service every time. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for helpful staff and a hassle-free experience!

  Loved reading the other 1 star reviews for exactly the same problem. I walked in with an email and QR code for UPS store to print, seal and mail. I’ve done this many times, and never been told I have to pay $2.00 for tape. My obligation with Ariat and my return instructions are to bring it in a mailable container, drop it off, and UPS Store takes care of the rest. Amazon, Kohl’s all have similar policies. After spending $5 in gas to be denied mailing over tape, I called Ariat and they were appalled. Theyve never hear of such pettiness, and I spoke with 2 reps on the issue. Its being elevated to upper mgmt - with a response back tomorrow. Additionally I watched the guy in front of me get turned away because he packed - and taped btw - his item in a box he had around the house, like a Sony speaker box or the like. It wasnt a brown box. They wouldn't take it. That was a stunner to the guy and me, as I’ve repurposed plenty of boxes in my time as well. There needs to be a clear understanding between Ariat and UPS store, without the customer being in the middle. Ariat has never had a report of this kind of poor service so they didnt know there was this issue. Now they do. My email with a QR code said nothing about needing to be sealed (because I requested a QR code not a label to print and affix) , in fact I’ve dropped off many without that. I just need to provide a mailable container. UPS store guy had a blurb on his screen which was self serving, and not Ariat language for returns - so its irrelevant. Ariat is paying the shipping bill, ariat has an expectation of customer service, and this is not their expectation, nor mine, of what should happen at the point of drop off. I wish the old owner was still around - he was such a nice guy, but I’m sure he sold so as to retire. These new owners are going to coast on the goodwill the old owner built up over decades, but situations like this will erode that over time. I know I’ll talk smack about this place for years to come, and surely others will as well if they continue like this.
