A female employee came to help, however she couldn't picked the box of paper. She asked for help. A male employee came over with dolly to picked the box of 10 reams of copy paper. He also ring up my order and I was able to use my reward points. He also helped to load my vehicle.

My husband walked in at that time and they told me they were not ready and that they were going to be ready the next day in the morning. He walked in 8:00 am. The lady was very very rude to my husband. She told him rudely that it wasn’t ready and raised her voice a little. He said what time would it be ready. She said 8:30. No am or pm. So my husband thought am. So he said I’ll wait then. She rudely said NOT AM, PM. So bad service and very impolite
