When we reported an unethical, ignorant behavior by a Postman. Artur addressed the issue promptly and effectively on the spot. His decisive actions resolved the problem and reinforced the standards of service we expect from USPS. He is a true asset to the company and USPS needs to hire more exemplary individuals like Artur!

They monitored the situation and took care of the issue concerning our mail delivery. Now we just wait longer to receive our mail (about a month) Previous: Pretty terrible delivery services. They continue to deliver mail in the wrong mailboxes at our apartment complex on Windsor. I've gotten mail for different apartments, different people, even different street addresses. They really can't be trusted. I'm going to file an official complain to the consumer advocate office: United States Postal Service Office of the Consumer Advocate 475 L’Enfant Plaza, SW Washington, D.C. 20260-2200
