Terrible experience with the Print service, with three staff members present, no busy moment, and no service attitude. To print a sample photo on letter-sized paper, ETA was one hour. He suggested using a self-print service. I tried it, but printing in landscape mode with no editing options resulted in terrible outcomes.

Can you give a zero and have it register in the reviews? Oh my…this is a terrible experience. No staff to help as you aimlessly look for help. Printer ink, Amazon drop off, label print off… between the “managers“ one told me to do this. The other said that a printed off the label they won’t handle it. You have to go buy tape ($15) to affix the Staples label that you just paid $1.35 for a the printme station… clearly they don’t want to deal with Amazon drop offs, which is fine. Staples corporate does and is pulling people in but the individual managers don’t want to deal with it. It’s ridiculous. Don’t ever go here. It’s the worst.

I came in to simply drop off a pillow my wife didn’t use for a surgery recovery. Daisy(horrible attitude tall staples employee) She sees me walk up,.whispers to her coworker,I hear her say “pillow”. She then Says,”I can’t expect this, our boxes 📦 won’t fit this pillow,do you have the original box.” I said,I don’t,but it says on my return we don’t need a box. She just stares until I ask,”Well can I buy a box here and return the item.” She’s says you can go down that aisle and find one.”I said “can I pay for it and do my whole transaction here”.She says no,you have to go over to the checkout over there, and pay for it.” I say,Can I leave my stuff here, and purchase the box, over there.Or would you prefer I just carry everything over there and make it that much harder on myself”. She says,You could just leave it here,it should be fine.”I go down the aisle, pick out the right box,go stand in line, four people in front of me,I pay for that box.7.16 I walk back to where I left the pillow and other small returns I have. I immediately notice five boxes behind Daisy, with return stickers she’s placing on them, happen to be exactly the same size box 📦 I purchased.I also see a stack of of the same box off to the store side where she’s working.I say to Daisy,”Why did you have me purchase a box for this pillow, send me over there, when you indeed have exactly the same size box Staples uses”???.She stares at me and says,”Umm,I’m gonna get someone else to help you” then, just walks away.A minute later Raymond and Tomik come out and ask what’s going on.I explain everything, and there just as confused why Daisy didn’t want to even take the drop off when I first entered, then she tried to dismiss me and leave, without even a suggestion to purchase a box.📦 Then after wasting all that time, she realized that she should have never had me go through all of that. The two gentlemen were perplexed by this employees actions.Look, people have bad days, but if you come off with a horrible attitude, and don’t want to work there, that’s not my problem Daisy.Don’t work there. How many other customers did she turn away because she just didn’t feel like being helpful, and making me jump through hoops for no reason. She 100% needs to be properly trained, that’s not customer service, that’s just unprofessional and a waste of everyone’s time. I really hope corporate sees this. Those two kind gentlemen,Raymond and Tomik were exceptional. It’s stunning that they even have someone like Daisy helping all those people coming in to drop off there returns.Daisy, maybe needs some sunshine 🌞.
