- MCMaria CebanFeb 18, 20261.0The worst customer service ever. Always in the back chit chatting because you can hear them, you have to wait 3-5 min by the time someone comes to the front. Never willing to help to scan packages, although there is no line, motivating you have to use the machines. No, I do not. You are there to do your job, which you are not doing.

The employees are so nice and I always hear them laughing with customers. Every time I come in, I feel like I live in a small town because of how friendly everyone is.

I asked for more tape, but they refused. I went to another post office, where the same thing happened. Why not use spit instead of tape? It's even cheaper?
