Service here is incredibly disappointing. No one answers the phone — you just get redirected over and over, and then the line hangs up. I tried calling multiple times with no success. I also attempted to get help with a package that couldn’t be delivered because the unit number was missing. I missed the delivery by only 20 minutes, but they immediately denied any attempt to re-deliver or hold it for pickup, claiming it was already being sent back. It took over two weeks for this package to arrive in the first place, and now I have to wait an additional 2–3 weeks for it to be returned and re-shipped. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

The worst customer experience. Especially to process passports. The staff in the passport department are beyond upset to be on the clock on a Saturday. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen, specifically when addressing a question. The male told me to return with the receipt without an appointment as it was “almost” complete. I returned today and the African American lady abruptly said they were “ understaff and did not have time“ and the Hispanic male “ wanted to take me in, it was on him”. We waited for 2.5 hours, for the him to come out while I witnessed several no show appointments. He spent 10 minutes telling me “ I need an appointment “ when I told him “ he specifically told me what he initially told me the previous Saturday to show up with the receipt to complete the application”.

Bradley claimed he couldn’t work because he’s a supervisor, while 10+ people stood in line and children cried out in distress. When confronted, he answered in a childish, taunting voice: “Yaah, you’re just going to have to wait.” The scene unfolded like a breakdown in slow motion, revealing a place on the brink of collapse. It feels as if an unseen clock is ticking, and every stalled minute exposes a larger rot: a system that excuses non-performance, shackled by DEI branding and hired staff who supposedly should be helping. Elderly workers, pushed to the edge, lumber along, their speed mocked and exploited as if their labor were a threat to the order. This is a crisis point, demanding a dramatic reckoning and an overhaul from top to bottom.
