Horrible it starts off with not receiving any mail for a week. I go into the post office and I needed to talk to someone about my mail and my address. I forgot my ID so I had to go home get it come back so I’m waiting to find out why they haven’t sent any mail, someone came from the back and said to come in the morning when the person in charge would be there. I come in the morning and a young male shows me a piece of paper with writing on it. It basically said that i will have to start picking up my mail at the post office and they will do that for 30 days after 30 days. If I don’t have a PO Box it will be sent back to whoever sent it to me. Reason being there was a dog out and the mail carrier wasn’t comfortable delivering mail. After i was done reading it the guy took it back. So then she supervisor is calling me saying i have to move my mailbox to the curb and I said no I told her if she can guarantee me that they will cover any mail or be responsible for any mail then maybe I’ll do it but if they can’t do that, I will not so she says well then I guess you don’t want your mail and I said well no it’s just I live on a busy street and we get a lot of mail and they will probably steal it now. The people that should know about stealing mail should be them because at the time they were having trouble with the mailbox outside people fishing the mail out of their checks and cashing them and cards so she’s not gonna tell me to put my mailbox by the street. We went days and weeks trying to figure this out well at least the 30 days of course after 30 days while I had to get a PO Box so I get one for six months by the time it actually started leaving me. Some mail in there was three months in already. I decided to look up the rules in the policy, and you couldn’t find all that on the Internet, and you said a whole bunch of stuff that I never even heard of it said that a male carrier can resume when they feel comfortable and it said that beforehand they are to send me five letters telling me about the problem gradually working their way up to the fifth in which, if the problem isn’t resolved, then talk about a PO Box and other ways to get mail besides the carrier leaving it off at your house. I never got any of those letters and then it says that during the time that they’re taking, I guess they break from delivering mail at my house. They’re supposed to send you like a letter saying thank you you know for keeping the animal inside or locked up safety for our carriers is important or something like that but anyways I didn’t get anything like that. Oh, but I watched them for like the past three months walk right past my house to deliver mail to the neighbor and I have a camera that sees A every single day. There’s no dogs there’s no threat and another thing that they told me or the supervisor at the time told me was at my house is considered vacant this way no mail will come here. What kind of stuff is that? I think it’s bull and I think they owe me a better explanation. I figure while they got till December cause that’s when my PO Box will expire and I am not gonna pay for it again and they are going to deliver mail at my house. They can’t say the dogs been out because she has not been nowhere near the front. There’s no known record saying the dogs, aggressive or mean a dog barks because dogs bark it’s not gonna meow the people that work the Front happy people nice people no complaint about them as far as management nope and I’m sure she knows who she is and I hope this gets resolved really fast because if not, then she knows she’s gonna be my target and I will complain about her to the higher-ups because she went about everything the wrong way and instead of correcting her I’m letting it go like I said until December, then I will bring all this up to someone who is much higher than her her attitude on the phone terrible so my attitude on the phone was terrible She should learn how to be a supervisor before. She becomes one because people are gonna push you, especially if they’re talking to you and you’re the supervisor.

What an absolute pleasure our newest mail man is. Our last lady wasn't so nice but this gentleman by the name of David that does the 10th street area actually makes me want to go outside and retrieve the mail from him. Talk about service with a smile. His smile and laughter are contagious. Keep up the good work David. You are a breath of fresh air!!

This is the best USPS I've ever been to lol. Maybe it's because I grew up in San Jose, but the workers here are so friendly and helpful. Quite a refreshing experience at a post office.

We had such a positive experience at the Gilroy post office thanks to Buzz! He helped us process our passport applications, and his professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, double-checked our documents, and made sure we had everything in order before submitting. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Buzz went above and beyond. Thank you for making a tedious process so much easier!

The opening times are not displayed on the doors, nor were they given or mentioned when I signed up for a PO Box. So imagine my surprise to see they don’t have late hours and are closed on Sundays. Times might have changed and maybe that changed years ago but this is nonsense nevertheless. What’s the point of having a mailbox if I can’t pickup my mail outside of business hours (and by that I don’t mean the 5:30am, I mean who’s got time to do that before work in the morning)
