  Waited for an hour to drop off a package. Unsure if it was an employees first day but they were charging a customer with random fees which had to be corrected by another employee. They did not know how to work the system and each person even for simple drop offs took extremely long. When I got up to the counter for a return I was told they couldn't accept it because labeling wasn't included in the return which was not true. I showed them the instructions I received and they grabbed my phone out of my hand to say I needed to click the button at the bottom to print a label, the button that they pointed out to me was to start a return for another item. I had to explain this to them and then point to the instructions showing that all I had to do was package the return. They eventually just took the package but felt strange that I had to deal with that experience.

  Really disappointing experience at this UPS Store in Gilroy. The line was long, but only one employee was helping customers while the other two stayed in the back the entire time. The pace was extremely slow and it felt like no one cared about the wait. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  They never answer the phone when i call and the printing services were unavailable for 3 weeks and still counting because the "computers were down". Cmon, for more than 3 weeks! Bull crap

  Bad customer service got charged money to put tape on my box for a amazon return that was already boxed up for the return **update the owner responded to my post justifying. charging me extra. Because said " the owner has {overhead labor and materials cost} Aside from the Contract with Amazon paying them to return packages that's why they need to change me extra money **sure
