Adrian the owner was so distracted with his son he wasn't able to access a tracking # leaving the responsibility to Verizon only on my return without anyway to track the package. Almost a month later I received a notice the item was not received & without a tracking # do to Adrian's inadequateacy to obtain a tracking # I am subjected to a $200 charge for this idem. Unable to locate without a tracking # ,I tried to communicate with him the importance of the issue, but he could only reply with disregard and disrespect. Saying I was yelling at him with no attempt to be kind or concern, he just hung up on me with aragance and disregard. I promise I will never use this UPS store again nor will I refer it to anyone. Shame on his behavior as an owner!! I feel bad for his employees. Atleast the young lady tried helping me!

No phone call letting me know Notary could not make scheduled appointment. Waste of time! Went around the corner to Pronto Dollars who notarized docs without an appointment.
