I went to the post office on a Saturday at 4pm and there were 2 people in line in front of me and 1 person initially at the window. Shortly, 2 more employees suddenly appeared and moved quickly and efficiently. I was fortunate enough to have Anishah assist me. I’ve never had a negative experience at the post office (normally Torrance and I only go a couple times a year) but I’ve also never had one that compelled me to write a positive review. Thank you Anishah for your help and the laughs! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at a post office before, so there’s that.

I came to ask for change of address and the receptionist was on her phone watching a movie and was being very rude when I was asking her simple questions. Not to mention when I walked away from the booth to grab the change of address sheet, she quickly walked to the back, leaving me there to wait to get my questions answered from another receptionist. Overall I’m not happy about that experience and if you’re reading this, do better and be patient with the community, it’s YOUR job.
