What in the world type of training is the United States Postal Service giving their employees to where one of them thinks its alright to joke with someone about stealing a box, this not the movie Friday. Now I see why all my credit cards have to be mailed out twice. The face of criminality last I checked was the postal service workers, not anyone darker then a plastic bag. Doing research now to report him on a federal level and posting this so that anyone else having this or a similiar experience can voice it so that the practices of these postal workers are presented publicly.
