My package was scanned and received on 11/29/25 with the acknowledgement they were in possession and ready to deliver. However 12/2 came and NO PACKAGE TO CURRENT DATE went to track it AND THEY( post office) SAID I CAME AND PICKED IT UP!!? On 11/29 how’s that possible. HERE THE HUGE PROBLEM SPOKE TO KATIE THE SUPERVISOR ONLY FOR HER TO SAY TO ME THAT ON THEIR END IT SHOWS DELIVERED AND SHE DONT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE AT. I was so OUTDONE didn’t believe this was coming from a supervisor I thought the goal is to make sure the customer is helped, problem resolved. But noooooo all she knows it’s been delivered and she don’t know where it’s at. OFFERED NO HELP NO RESOLUTION NO NOTHING, NO ILL CHECK INTO IT AND CONTACT YOU NOTHING. If you’re not helping our community then you don’t need to be in the community. SAD SAD SAD!!!!
