Like other reviewer said, there was only one lady working at the time I arrived, so expect a long wait time (30+ min). It was difficult to hear what she was saying because other people waiting in line were talking on their phone and it ECHOES so loud. She helped me out with my international shipping and my package is promptly being processed. The reason I took off one star is due to a long wait time, lack of staffs, and difficulty to hear what the staff is saying. Maybe a microphone like the ones in movie theaters' front office might improve the process.

I had the worst experience ever this morning at 9:00 am with the African lady with short hair. I have been here before to deliver my military care packages for my husband. I have had no issues here ever. I have done the customs form online and paid for my fees online to just drop off my care package. This lady was so rude. I almost felt like cursing at her for how bad she was treating me. She tried to tell me that what I have done, I had done it wrong and I had go print out several papers. USPS online now gives you the ability to fill out your international customs forms online and pay your fees at once so that you can just drop off your package. I went with the customs form and receipt given to me by the usps system which is only one paper. I told her that all custom forms had been filed online already and this was the only thing I was given and I always took my care packages here with that only form and had never had that issue before. She was so rude and refused to help me. She returned my paper with an attitude, walked away and completely left me there. I felt so ignored, with nobody able to further assist me. She just turned me away like I did not know what I was doing when I’m a military spouse and I have experience and know how to send care packages for my husbands who’s deployed. Clearly, she didn’t know how to do her job because the other Asian man working there has helped me in the past and has been so helpful. I was forced to drive to another postal office with better customer service and politeness. I should have asked for her manager, but I was so angry and disappointed that I felt the need to go somewhere else who would be willing to assist me. It is unfortunate how bad military families can be treated by incompetent staff at USPS. Let me make it clear: this person in particular was incompetent not all the staff. Please train your staff USPS!!!

They don't take any prepaid boxes if its too much. Lazy workers, horrible services. No drop off after 4 pm they said, and one time locked door right on face couple minutes before 5.
