- LLLisaSep 7, 20254.0Like other reviewer said, there was only one lady working at the time I arrived, so expect a long wait time (30+ min). It was difficult to hear what she was saying because other people waiting in line were talking on their phone and it ECHOES so loud. She helped me out with my international shipping and my package is promptly being processed. The reason I took off one star is due to a long wait time, lack of staffs, and difficulty to hear what the staff is saying. Maybe a microphone like the ones in movie theaters' front office might improve the process.
