- NSnoah sheldonOct 15, 20251.0Have had multiple mistakes with my packages. One got mailed to my old physical address. This last one got sent to a PO box with the same number in the wrong town and has been lost. The only help I have gotten was them telling what tab to click on to file a missing package and they seem pretty clueless how to make there mistake right. I have tried to file an insurance claim online but keep running into problems on the website. Currently into more time ,trying to fix someone else's mistake, than the package is worth. I have also recently gotten a parcel locker key for someone else's PO box and get other people's mail all the time. Have also tried to use my physical address for packages but it just gets sent to the Georgetown post office.
