  Really nice staff! I was shipping a pc along with some other boxes. They told me the whole process about how insured boxes go along with how long they take, and walked me through everything along with having nice conversation. The owner is very professional, and helpful with choosing the right boxes for me.

  I have used this store for years particularly for Amazon returns, and they have always been very friendly, so I always use this store even though there is a UPS store closer to my house. Recently, I also used their notary services (Antoine), I made an appointment through the UPS Store site, met him at the store, and completed it within a few minutes, $15 which is very reasonable price for the service. He was extremely kind and helpful even when he had to do double works because of my mistakes on the document. A service like this is hard to find and I sincerely appreciate his help. When returning packages to Amazon, I always wrap it up and return it because I hope that my items are returned safely so I can receive a proper amount of refund from Amazon. Of course, Amazon says you don't have to wrap it, but I believe you should do the basics yourself if you want your items to be returned safely. However, sometimes I have seen people returning very large-sized items that not even putting packing tape in the box properly and ridiculously demanding the store to cover the cost of heavy duty packing tape. The usual small items can be packaged by the UPS store (as Amazon says), however, Amazon's return policy clearly indicates that if a large size or special packaging is required, the returnee is responsible for packaging prior to drop it off at any drop boxes/locations. I think it is basic courtesy and common sense to do what you supposed to do in order to get the refund from Amazon. Additionally, this isn't a post office, I've seen quite a few people who make it hard for employees working here by asking them to do some tasks that are unique to the post office (e.g., passport renewal related services). As a frequent customer using their friendly services for years, I hope we all should help each other so that this store can continue to operate and serve in our community in a friendly and helpful ways.
