  I wasn't very happy with the service they're helping me the other girl is talking to her and she's helping another customer and another girl's helping another customer while talking to the girl who's supposed to be helping me and my package got sent to the wrong place I'm not very happy with this place

  I literally have 4 other staples closer to me to choose from and I choose to come to this one the most even though is the most furthest because of the amazing service they give. I am an Army career advisor ad recruiter and I always have printing needs, that’s why I come here the most.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was a very disappointing experience. The cashier manager needs to better train staff on register priorities and customer service. You can’t leave customers waiting in line while an employee walks someone else to the restroom. I waited over 8 minutes to be next in line, only to be left standing there while the cashier stepped away to assist another customer. That kind of handling is not acceptable and shows poor respect for customers’ time.

  Waited in line for over 10 mins ,there’s like 4 different lines and the workers keep sending me back and fourth . I pay for the balloons then one of the workers sends me to the other worker to open up a box then proceeds to say I need to wait 15 more mins for them to inflate the balloons.
