The postal service needs to do a remodel on this facility. This facility has looked the same since I was a child and nothing has changed in there. The facility so run down. With all the increases in postage and funding from the government I don't understand why they don't take some of this money and remodel this facility. It still has the woopaneling look in the location from the 60s. Also the entrance to the facility pigeons keep defecating in front of the facility and there's pigeon poop all over the front as you walk in and also they need to put stationery mailboxes either in front of the location where people can drop off mail after hours like there used to be. Put them back where they used to be or put mailboxes out front where people can drop off mail. The new modern mailboxes make them theft-proof so I don't understand why they don't have those out there. The postal building off of ball and brookhurst in Anaheim has those type of mailboxes and they're out front of the facility so why don't they put these type of mailboxes out in front of this facility? Please remodel and clean this facility up it's been decades since anything is ever been done.

They keep losing important mail pieces. Time and time again. They're a MESS and unorganized. I report missing mail, they will then call me and tell me they found it and when I send someone to pick it up mail is missing again and their only excuse is that they have a mess and that's all they find. Yet Informed Delivery shows me a ton of other mail missing. It's against Federal Law to steal mail. Someone has to clearly be stealing it if Informed Delivery is telling me they're sending me something, I'm expecting something from some one and yet They can't find the Pictured missing piece of mail! Just horrible and concerning to say the least!

Absolutely abysmall "customer service". I had to call over and over for over 30 min before I finally got a hold of someone. When I finally did get a hold of someone, that someone was a real piece of work. Hostile, rude, and downright nasty. I was simply trying to ask questions to get to the bottom of my concerns and she crashed out on me and hung up. Whoever that rep was deserves to be fired and I don't say that lightly. Straight dereliction of responsibilities.
