  I ship hundreds of packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx daily. This UPS is by far my favorite to drop off packages. Every time, I stop by I am genuinely and friendly greated. The staff, and Sebastian in particular, is always polite, helpful and caring. Thumbs up 👍

  The service at this store is outstanding! I have a 71 year-old sister who is not comfortable with handling things like getting a document notarized, etc. And Sebastian went out of his way to help her… he was patient and kind and he is just an outstanding individual! She told me she will never go anywhere else!

  This is absolutely unacceptable service! My package was supposed to be delivered today between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, but the driver showed up at 10 in the morning, when no one was home. And apparently, that was the last delivery attempt! Now my phone is being sent back to the sender, and there’s nothing I can do about it. What makes this even worse is that I pay for a special secure delivery locker. Once, FedEx delivered a phone under signature and left it in that locker — the system automatically recognizes it as a signed delivery when it’s placed there. If FedEx could figure that out, why couldn’t the UPS driver do the same, even after three attempts? Because of this carelessness, I’m now losing my package, and I don’t even know what will happen with the other part of my order, since if one item gets returned, the entire order might be canceled. UPS — if you can’t follow your own delivery time window or use the tools provided to make deliveries easier, don’t promise reliable service at all. This is total disrespect toward customers and a completely ruined day.
