I had a return and it said in the email that they will box it for me and it still refused to take it so I found a random box in my car and she still refused to help me. This never happened at another fedex store. They need to hire people who know what to do and not being entitled.

The only thing I had a problem was the sign of the store, I had to do laps around the buildings before I finally found it and that's even with Google maps.
