Today I went because it was on my way and sure enough she was there and gave me a hard time because I asked her for a receipt. She is the worst PO employee I have ever dealt with! She NUTS!

It's the first time filling out customs forms or shipping internationally for me. They weren't busy at all when I went in there (only like one person came in every half hour), so it was perfect for help with filling out customs forms. I was there for probably two hours filling out all the customs forms carefully. They were really helpful there for that and checking whether everything was filled out right. As far as the questions go for the large international shipment goes with liquids, she referred me to the larger USPS facility in downtown Santa Rosa as they handle packages like mine more often. They are a small post office. She was right. I did find all the answers to the questions and insecurities I had about my package at the downtown Santa Rosa location. I thanked her for all her help.
