  I had a very disturbing experience at this UPS drop-off location in Fullerton. I dropped off three packages at the same time, all properly sealed and containing high-value items. Each package was shipped to a different destination (out of state and within California). Every single one of them arrived opened and re-taped, with all contents missing. This is not a coincidence. When multiple packages from the same drop-off end up tampered with in the exact same way, it raises serious concerns about what may be happening either at this location or immediately after handoff. The boxes themselves were intact but clearly resealed, which strongly suggests the contents were removed during the shipping process. I have filed a formal claim with UPS and documented everything. If you are shipping anything valuable, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious with this location. Very disappointing and concerning experience.

  I have to say, with the new ownership, Ms. Sarah has completely transformed this store. Thanks to her, I was finally able to get a mailbox, and I really appreciate that the store is open every day. I can even check my mail on weekends. I also have to give her credit for the passport photo. It actually came out great for once! With the addition of notary services, this place has truly become a one-stop shop for me. Every visit is quick and efficient, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the new ownership. Thank you, Sarah, for creating such a neighborhood-friendly atmosphere!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by this UPS Store and I had a great impression. Sarah, the owner, and her staff were welcoming, professional, and very courteous. The environment felt organized and well-managed, and you can tell they take pride in how they run the store. The space was clean, efficient, and everything seemed to run smoothly. Based on this visit, I would definitely feel comfortable coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience at my local UPS Store. The customer service truly went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. They clearly explained the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. It’s rare to come across this level of service these days, and I really appreciated the extra effort. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!
