- HMHaley MatsumotoFeb 3, 20264.0Was hesitant based on previous reviews, but glad to say things went well! Went on a Tuesday during passport walk-in hours. A fairly sized line with just one person working the desk. Zulma helped me when it was my turn, but I didn't have copies of my ID. I was sent to the dentist next door (charges $2 per page) and came back. Luckily no line, so I was right back with Zulma. Got my photo taken and was finished in about 20-25 minutes from beginning to end. **Have copies of your ID front and back so you don't have to go to the dentist**

He goes outside and when the time of his appointment came, he goes back in only to be told they won't be helping him BY THE SAME LADY who told him to wait. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling his appointment here as he had to leave work early to make it to this appointment. Such a waste of time.

The front desk agent said the passport agent called out that morning and tried to send us to another office but they had the same issue. I went back to the office and ask her what should we do we took off work and made appointments. She said the passport agent always calls out and to not make our appointment at this office for passports again. Don’t recommend going here for any passport services.
