- RKRegina KinnardNov 13, 20251.0i’ve been here to complete my passport application twice now (still with no success). once through an appointment and another during their walk-in hours. both times, the woman “who does passports” was not available and i was told to come back. i understand how life and circumstance can get in the way, that’s fine and that’s why i brushed it off the first time. but at this point, this location is just not reliable and they don’t seem to want to do anything to help.

We made an appointment at 9:30am for a passport and arrived EARLY only to be told that “the lady who does the passports isn’t here and probably won’t be here for another hour or two”. How incredibly rude and inconsiderate! I had to take off time from work only to accomplish NOTHING! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS!!!
