- CHChris Hoorn2 days ago1.0This is a very short story about the decline of not only the USPS but customer service in our current climate. I requested a new key for my apartment mailbox. THREE MONTHS LATER!!! I still do not have a key. This location also lost my daughter's Xmas gift from her grandmother too! The man who works there obviously hates his job and everything along with it. The horrific LACK of customer service and pure complacency from this "employee" is a prime example of the diasterous decline of customer service and pretentious attitude of a Federal employee. Get over yourself and do your job. If you can't do that! Move aside for a quality employee who wants to work and help people. Have a great day!

There was nothing extraordinarily difficult about any of the customers, we were patient and waiting our turn and chill. When it’s our turn, he makes it so obvious he hates his job and makes the post office experience extra unpleasant. It costs nothing to be a little nice, but that man is just patronizing, cranky, and needs to retire.

Service is extremely slow with limited people on the counter and they lose my mails all the time. Recently requested a vacation hold and was completely ignored. I wish I can have my mail deliver by another office!
