  I don’t usually write reviews on places like at all but due to this rudely unprofessional “woman”, Mary, I’ll be doing so!! I came in today, 9/29, to ask about my package that had been missing abt 2mo which Bridgett, now Kyle as well r being very helpful w/, sending emails as I am not able to call during the times they r open. I had walked 15 minutes, in the SUN mind you, since i cannot drive n i waited in line for about 15 minutes. When it was my turn in line to come up, I was not greeted w/ the same “kindness” other customers received at all. I was trying to explain to Mary what was going on & I was going to pull up the emails I was sent, she just said in a rlly rude manner “you need to move, i have a line” & she called up the two girls behind me who were next in line. I get it, you have others waiting, I do but you don’t just push me aside to help people behind me just cos i took a bit longer to explain what was going on. It was my first time going into a post office too, 0/10 service on Mary’s side, not friendly at all :/ :(

In conclusion, I highly recommend the Sunny Hills Post Office to anyone in need of postal services, including drop-offs and passport-related matters. With its fast, easy, and efficient processes, clean and welcoming environment, and friendly staff, this post office has surpassed my expectations. I will undoubtedly continue to utilize their services and confidently refer others to experience the same level of exceptional service.

  The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially with a passport application. They provided a detailed description of what was needed and why. This is a small but very capable post office.
