  I highly recommend this location! On a rainy New Year's Eve, Ms. Patel saved my day. Even though the store was completely full of packages, she kindly made room for my drop-off so I didn't have to take them back. The staff here are always hardworking and incredibly professional. I've been here multiple times, and the service is consistently excellent. 10/10 recommendation!

  This is by far the best UPS store I’ve been to in the country and it’s because of the amazing team and ownership. I’ve had a PMB here a few times over the past 15 years and the culture at this location is the absolute best. The lines move very quick so there is virtually no wait. The owners are working alongside their team and for that reason everyone is busy and positive. Which means I can get in and out and that makes me happy. If you own a business and need a mailbox then this location is excellent. Thank you to owners and team!

  The manager, Swati is amazing!! And her awesome team go out of their way, above and beyond to help with your needs. The customer service is impeccable. They are patient and so helpful!! Whether its getting a package put together to send out thru UPS, or helping get something printed from your phone or helping with an Amazon return! I am so thankful that this UPS store is able to help with my Amazon returns. The team is really wonderful in helping get you in and out as quick as possible with the upmost care of customer service as they can! They are very professional and never rush you thru a transaction. I can't stress enough how great these people are!! Thank you so much for always taking such good care of me!!
