    Following a Christmas Concert in the Danish Lutheran church in Yorba Linda, we had dinner in the Knudsen Hall, for which I hired 1 bartender and 3 servers. For a total of 8 hours, including getting the hall ready, they did a great job. Would hire them again anytime. Manfred
