- MMMaikerNov 25, 20251.0The wait time to pick up mails is ridiculous. After ringing the bell nobody comes out to check or acknowledge the customers at all and the wait time was almost 1 hour today. Me and others rung the doorbell multiple times with nobody to even check on us for help, instead we heard employees sounding frustrated after the bell rang and then laughter while we waited. Very bad customer service.
