- BRBlack RubberMar 23, 20261.0Took packages in like always and Janae mentioned there's a scan sheet I then mentioned I tried and its not explained well as the paper they gave me print is blurry so I just bring my packages in and it seemed it was a burden for her to scan them. When I mentioned I tried the scan sheet and the other employee told me just being them in she stayed quite and didn't continue a conversation like she was having with previous customers. When I said thank you all she did was mumble a um hum so next time I'm bring a lot of packages and lets she if I get another um hum.
- MDMelissa DFeb 5, 20261.0I shipped a package to this location. It's called Hold for Pick-Up. The older woman who works there is staggeringly incompetent. Over the course of several days we tried to retrieve our package. This woman would not look it up or do her job in any way. She kept on saying that they didn't do that there. That it was at a different location. We showed her the tracking information. After pressing that we wanted our package she finally, after several days, gives it to us. She had a poor attitude the entire time. She was wrong and did apologize but with an attitude. She also tried to claim that hold for pick up was illegal! Fire this person already. They are incompetent and lazy.

Kept insisting it was at another location even though my tracking number says it’s at this location and is waiting for pick up. She would not even look up the tracking number i gave her. Finally got my package at this location after back and forth. The lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful.
- MMMarisolJan 20, 20261.09:10am and the post office is still closed. Lots of people waiting outside for them to open when it should have been open at 9am. Not fair for us trying to get to work.
