  Melanie, at the 7726 N First location was so patient with me. I had five Amazon dresses to return. It took some time to figure out which return code went to each dress because the dresses were similar. Most customer service representative these days would have got very impatient. She didn’t. She was very kind and very helpful. I so appreciated her!! Melanie, thank you again.

  I went there for notary service and Melanie Haddock handled my notary transaction. She failed to perform her duty and responsibility as a notary agent. She did not ask me what notary service I need, instead she just pulled out a Jurat form. And respecting that she knows best, I followed her lead. When I ask for clarification, she replied with an annoyed tone. She made the decision to choose the Jurat form instead of the acknowledgement. I emailed the Jurat form to the attorney and was told I needed the acknowledgement form instead. I had to visit another UPS store and get a second set of notary services (Acknowledgement form), and because valuable time was lost, I had to spend extra money on mailing this as priority express mail. Jurat is a sworn statement that the content of the document is true. Many institutions just need proof the signature is genuine and with Identification confirming I am who I say I am (Acknowledgement); they don’t require a sworn statement about the document’s contents. (Jurat). I won't be going back to this location for notary services. I will be returning to the one on Willow, since they did a better job there. The notary service agent there was very professional and thoroughly confirm what service I needed.
