- JKjasmeen kaurJan 20, 20261.0HORRIBLE STAFF AND SUPERVISOR. Kathleen (worker) and Raquel (supervisor) lack basic manners and it’s surprising they still have a job with that kind of attitude. I went to the postal services to expedite my mail and Kathleen held my change ($100) and went to the back door. She then came back and I asked for my change and told me that she already gave me the change. I told her that she did not give me the change and she started arguing with me saying that she did. I then asked for the supervisor and she said she will see. 30 minutes pass by and I told David to see if he can do something as I have other things to do as well. He tried his best and brought Raquel. Raquel looked at me like I was wasting her time. Kathleen then “explained” to her that she did give me the change and then five people in line then said that they did not see Kathleen give me the change and she was furious. Raquel informed me that she believes Kathleen and that if I don’t leave she will call the cops. It was as if they both have an office affair no one knows about with the way they both were staring at each other. Anyways DO NOT COME HERE! THESE TWO ARE HORRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK HERE.
