ZERO Stars, office Manager look at all these reviews you guys are a mess!! I try to avoid USPS at all costs but sometimes there is no choice! This is my local post office. I have had several packages which i have never received. They like to blame on theft from my mailbox well i dont buy that excuse when i check within 30 minutes of delivery and other mail is there. My packages get lost and misdelivered they say once delivered their responsibility ends well that is BS when they are making mistakes and delivering to wrong boxes. I have mail received for another address right now, i have had neighbors bring me my mail that was delivered to them. Today i waited an hour at cedar office because they said they found my package only to be told they actually couldn’t find it and the call i received was a mistake due to miscommunication.

This post office has so many issues. I started having problems with mail delivery, and when I reported them multiple times, they insisted nothing was wrong and said my mail was just slow. My family member’s debit card was stolen from the mail, and two of my important identity letters never arrived, even though tracking showed them as delivered. Recently, my health benefits package was not delivered; when I went to ask about it, it was delivered the next day, but the envelope had already been opened. The supervisor gave a lame excuse. They promised to fix my mail, but after they supposedly did, they never gave me the new key. When I went back to ask about my mail and my key, they told me I simply didn’t receive mail and claimed it can take three days for mail to get from the downtown post office to this station. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever dealt with.

They never answer when I call. Also, for the past four years anytime I received a birthday card or a Christmas card. It has gone missing. And these are cards being sent from different people, family, and friends from different locations and sometimes they have money inside of them and every single time those specific mail pieces end up missing. And I’m aware of them sending me cards because they literally tell me and send me a picture of it since I’ve been having issues with receiving mail. So I just think that’s pretty crazy unless something is sent to me with a tracking number then I do receive it.
