I provided proof of what the sign says and there was a line waiting from 9am to 9:20ish. On top of that the lady was rude, poor attitude, and that’s not what customer service is all about. The system needs to get better overall with their delivery service to providing customer service as well.

I've wasted hours in the span of a year just waiting in line. To top it off, they're also rude. Why even have it? They need to hire more people or get rid of it.
