I waited in line, after a failed attempt at the self service kiosk with my newborn baby, got up to the counter and the attendant wouldn’t help me because the address that I was attempting to verify with her wasn’t written on the box I was trying to mail. Again, I have a newborn baby and she told me to get back in line and wait once I have the address written on the box.

When it comes to inefficiency and long lines, this place is the second-worst government agency behind the DMV. Right now it’s 11AM (a non-rush hour), and we have 16 people in line and that one slow-lazy postal employee working the counter. I am standing in line with time to kill. So, I made this post for others to read when they get stuck here too.
