They dont honor insurance for theft and vandalism of packages. They also let other people sneak into your mail. This location is not safe.

The automated system does not work. Your issue will not be resolved. Do not have packages delivered to you via USPS. I recommend UPS or FEDEx. These companies are professional and care about delivering an excellent level of customer service. USPS does not.
I have a Golden Retriever. My mail carrier will not deliver my mail if my dog is visible. She says that she is afraid of dogs. News flash: Maybe you shouldn’t work where you are likely to run into dogs. By the way, UPS drivers are not afraid of dogs. In fact, they give their customers’ dogs treats and take pictures with the dogs to post on Facebook. How’s that for contrast?
