Our box gets broken into daily and they say there is nothing they can do about it and suggested for us to pay for a PO Box. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't trust giving them my mail because it always goes missing. They need to fire the entire management team ASAP.
- JJJackSep 15, 20201.0The absolute worst post office in existence our mail never shows up the post office was informed that our mailbox was damaged and they refused to replace it you can't call and talk to anybody and if you go in to talk to them they have no answers they have no solutions to the problems, this post office should be shut down the manager and the supervisor should be fired their just as bad as the dmv and the edd something haz to change ! Too bad I can't give him a negative five stars because they would definitely get a negative 5 stars It is 3 months or better sense i left the review amd we still have no mail box and we get no mail what so ever prime example of a nother government agency wasting money that haz failed the public. Nothing has changed it is getting worse don't under stand why nothing is being done . Every one in that Hughes station needs to be fired starting with the people that is to be running that post office down to the person taking out the trash . It is to be beleave that employs are stealing boxs. packages. and mail at this station multiple people in this area are haveing the same problems and nothing is being done about it and if you call the number you never get to speak to anybody or you get a recorded message that doesn't give you the option to speak to anybody
- SCShaun ChahbazianJul 9, 20191.0Mailbox has been broken into 3 times in 3 months. Have been coming in 2 times per week to pick up mail. Waiting patiently at Dutch door to get my mail for 1 hour and 5 minutes to be told by Ralph that there is nothing for my address in the rudest way. Walked around the glass and in 30 seconds a counter employee brought a stack of no less than 40 pieces of my mail. I only got the name of this employee Ralph from the window but it’s happened with 2 other employees the same way. And the counter employees cannot help until you go to Dutch door first. There is minimum of 20 customers in the service window line and nobody waiting at counter like yet they will not take on any of the overflow.
