- ASAngeles taste of soul scottDec 2, 20252.0One time I went to go and get my passport and we all are working class people that have plenty of things to do they had us waiting in line for 3 hours and still did not open the passport office that day everyone had to leave and come back that following Monday if they are open Monday through Saturday someone should always be available especially when they're over 30 people waiting in line and one of the employees said the person was on their way and never came they ought to be ashamed of they self be more professional be open during the hours that you're supposed to other people have jobs and places to be why don't you guys start doing your job and always have someone there are available when the passport office it's supposed to be open

Lady at the counter was rude and had a rude additude since the moment I walked in. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to another post office then deal with her rudeness, They should let people who hate their jobs go, instead of making the public deal with their incompetence
