I mailed to bills out on 8/26 and neither made it to their intended recipient in Illinois 60197. When I inquired, all the postal lady could offer up was that it got lost! Omg! Really!? Let your mortgage or other bills get lost and see how you like it! This has caused such stress, had to call bank for two stop payments, neither returned to sender either. Do, anyone who mailed anything on 8/26 going to Carol Stream, IL 60197 .... chances are your mail NEVER made it. Complaint filed with usp inspector services.

When I got there they woman working said that the package wasn't there it would be at a different location and rushed me out the door. When I got to the other location it was closed and had been all day. The lady here sent me on my way knowing it was closed. I was on my lunch break and had to clock in late. Unacceptable service.
