Unfortunately, my repeated interactions with an employee named Brie have consistently been unpleasant. She is often rude and dismissive, especially when customers choose not to use the self-service kiosk machines. Each time I visit, she pushes customers to use the kiosks. I have politely explained that I’m not comfortable using the machines and that I don’t mind waiting in line, yet this seems to bother her and affects how she treats people who prefer in-person service. On one visit, there was a hard-of-hearing customer who also said they preferred to wait in line because they did not know how to use the kiosk. Brie responded very rudely by saying, “There are instructions,” rather than offering assistance or showing patience. That interaction was uncomfortable to witness and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. This is not an isolated incident—this behavior has happened multiple times. A positive and respectful attitude is important in customer service, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. Because of this, I will be using a different UPS location moving forward. I hope management addresses this so all customers feel respected and accommodated.

The woman who came to help a new lady employee today gave me a very disrespectful facial expression, as if she was disgusted. It was completely unprofessional.
