These guys are nothing but a scam. They charge you $10 to box up and tiny box after lying and saying it can’t go in the same type of packaging it arrived in. It cost $40 to send a 1/2 lb box less than 300 miles. This place is just getting the best of everyone at their expense. Shame

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and Karli said “I can help you over here”. I felt like I was going to be taken care of no matter what I needed to be helped with. I was in & out within 2 mins.

I needed to ship electronics back to my office across the country and this location made it incredibly easy. I had everything packaged, and the counter agent took care of the rest—secured the carton, handled the label and insurance, and provided tracking right away. Fast, friendly, and professional service—exactly what you hope for from a UPS Store. Highly recommended!

Went in for a quick return through Happy Returns and I was assisted by Melanie. She had such a kind personality and was happy to assist me. The return was incredibly fast and Melanie kept a smile on her face and wished me a good weekend. Happy to return to this UPS store anytime!

I can’t say enough good things about the service at this UPS Store and the excellent customer service from Brie & Chloe. I’m always greeted when I walk in and I usually don’t have to wait too long if there’s a line. Brie and Chloe are excellent at their jobs and always friendly and helpful.
