The first time I went in 10/9 - Yasmin helped me and did my finger prints wrong despite saying it all was good. They told me I had to come in a second time - I came in on 10/15 and Chloe spelled my last name wrong. I called asking if they can resubmit it with my name spelled correctly and they said they can’t and now I’m having to go a THIRD time. My employment has been delayed solely because of this. I should have been able to start my new job in the beginning of the month but now I cannot. You’d think their staff is well trained enough to do these fbi scans that are needed for employment. Their staff has also been no help through the process.
