I shipped with them for the first time today and was helped by Ammity and Becca, both great attitudes and really made the store feel like a local neighborhood shipping shop!

I was okay with that. However, before the other customer left. I specifically told Jay I was ready. However, he choose to help the 3rd customer. That was unacceptable,inappropriate, unprofessional, & not customer focused. I am a disabled veteran and I do not appreciate the lack of customer service nor him being disrespectful towards me. I found that to be TOTALLY unacceptable behavior. I don't know if he assumed he could do me like that because I'm a woman or an African American woman.

Jay R assisted me and was able to answer all my questions and gave me the best price available . Casey S was able to step in when needed. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. I will definitely come back to this UPS store for all my shipping needs. I plan on getting business cards made there for my bed and breakfast.
