    Friendly and professional service. I had three boxes from IKEA. The gentleman placed them on the doorstep and rang the doorbell. When I answered, he offered to bring the boxes inside. I declined, though it was a nice offer. He gave me paperwork and thanked me. After taking a photo of the items, I gave him and the driver a soda and they left. Great, easy delivery.

    I ordered an LG fridge that was delivered by RXO, and during the delivery they damaged my brand new house door frame. They also rescheduled the delivery three times, which was already frustrating. I spent over an hour on the phone just to submit a claim (#879403), and a month later I still haven’t heard anything back other than the automatic “claim submitted” email. When I call, they just tell me I have to wait, and they don’t respond to emails at all. Very disappointing experience and no accountability so far.

    I ordered a TV from LG prior to Thanksgiving. The original notice for delivery I received was for 28 November. It did not arrive that day, yet the Angi Installers showed up on Saturday to install what I did not have in my possession. I contacted LG, who in turn transferred me to RXO, who themselves transferred me to Angi. Angi rescheduled for the following Friday. The following Friday the TV did not arrive, but I got a notice from RXO that it was delayed again to the following Friday. On Monday the Installer again showed up at my door with no prior warning that there was nothing to install. Angi again rescheduled installation for 17 December. But this time I got the installer's phone number and told him I would contact him when the TV was here. On 12 December the TV arrived and I called the installer. He did show up for the third time and installed it on the 17th. As far as I am concerned, the installer was very patient and dedicated, but the three companies involved in this purchase have a serious failure in communication and should get their act straight.

    If I could give negative stars I would. We bough an LG oven with white glove service( delivery, installation and haul away) what we got is our new oven left in front of our garage with a automated text saying it was delivered. After 6 phone calls to them we still don’t have a ticket created to have it installed. Everytime we call they say it takes 24-48 hrs to create a ticket. What an absolute joke of a company. Maybe we will have an oven by Christmas!

    While I’ve had a fine experience with RXO deliveries in the past, my recent experience has been abysmal. Canceled/rescheduled delivery, terrible customer service, no communication for rescheduling, “accidentally” disconnected calls, long hold times, customer service reps were not truthful on the location of my appliances (they had them and said they hadn’t received them yet just so they could delay my delivery), promised calls back that never happened, etc. When the item was finally delivered (3 days late, with no phone calls and at nearly 8pm), the crew was fantastic. Very helpful, despite the late arrival. 0 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend RXO to anyone considering using their business. Please RXO leadership, contact me and change my mind. I don’t leave bad reviews often. This is probably my third one ever. The experience was just terrible. UPDATE: I received a call from an RXO rep in Atlanta. She was professional and thoughtful. I shared my experience and she said she would request local representation to contact me so I could share my experience directly. No promises for resolution or to fix what already happened (what can she really do?), but at least one small positive experience, albeit too late to resolve anything.
