Not only is my recruiter, Cristina Davis, AMAZING, but it's also such a huge relief to be working with an agency as a whole that treats you like you matter. The stress of looking for work is bad enough, especially during a global pandemic. But working with Cristina has made the experience so much more enjoyable than I ever thought it could be! I have never worked with a recruiter so genuine, so hardworking - she helps me prepare for my interviews and makes sure I have all the tools needed to present myself as a successful candidate. She's just an all around lovely person in general! Having had the opportunity to do some very brief temp work in the actual PrideStaff Financial office, I can say with certainty - you are really missing out if you are a) looking for work and b) NOT working with PrideStaff Financial...what are you waiting for?!?!
