  Jessica is absolutely wonderful and always so friendly! In fact over the last 10 years I have found every member of staff to be helpful and accommodating, They just seem to have a really wonderful workplace culture where customers come first. I often witness difficult people who I would’ve thrown out and yet the staff always seem to remain calm and kind even when I’m not sure people deserve it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

  The assistant manager Jessica is very rude. She wasn't the person helping me but is very rude to people and doesn't help the situation just makes it worse. She is not manager material the way she talks to people

  I shipped a package with FedEx in July and have been following up regularly since then. Each time I call, I’m told that someone will get back to me, but it has now been three months and I have yet to receive any response. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using FedEx, as communication has been poor and my package remains unaccounted for.

  Staff are always incredibly helpful when I need to ship an item. Items are packaged with care and processed quickly.
