- PPPower PadreDec 26, 20255.0Jessica is absolutely wonderful and always so friendly! In fact over the last 10 years I have found every member of staff to be helpful and accommodating, They just seem to have a really wonderful workplace culture where customers come first. I often witness difficult people who I would’ve thrown out and yet the staff always seem to remain calm and kind even when I’m not sure people deserve it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Each time I call, I’m told that someone will get back to me, but it has now been three months and I have yet to receive any response. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using FedEx, as communication has been poor and my package remains unaccounted for.
